To lift the lockdown mood and get you ready for Spring we are hosting a virtual wine party.
This will make it possible for Joburg Wine Club fans and friends from around South Africa to join the party!
This time around, we’re partnering with Creation Wines and KayaFM to bring you the first of its kind interactive online wine tasting experience complete with the Creation Alchemy Tasting Kit and the ultimate lockdown Spring playlist created by DJ Kenzhero & Tha_Muzik.
In true Joburg Wine Club fashion, this event is all about reuniting our fabulous tribe over spectacular South African wine and delicious food paired with the best local music and hottest fashion.
So this is your chance to grab that glitzy outfit from the back of your closet, dust off your dancing shoes and the bling you’ve been itching to wear since March and join us for What’s Wrong with Groovin’: A Virtual Wine Experience on Sunday 20 September 2020 from 16:00 – 18:00 via Zoom.
Tickets are R550 for two people, which includes the Creation Alchemy Tasting Kit, free delivery across South Africa and exclusive deals on Creation Wines.
Each kit can be shared between two people (think date night or gals night out) and comprises:
· 6 x 100 ml samples of award-winning Creation wines: Sauvignon Blanc, Viognier, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Syrah Grenache and Grenache Noir Viognier
· Food samples to accompany each wine
· The Creation Flavour Wheel
· The Creation Tasting Chart
We will use Zoom Webinar for the tasting, with Creation Wines’ Nkulu Mkhwanazi taking you through the steps. A few friends from Joburg Wine Club will join him. DJ Kenzhero & Tha_Muzik from KayaFM will be keeping the good vibes flowing.
As always, we’ve dreamed up a theme to whet your appetite and guide your outfit planning. Quite appropriately the theme we’ve selected for this event is ALCHEMY!
Alchemy is the medieval forerunner of chemistry, concerned with the transmutation of matter, in particular with attempts to convert base metals into gold or find a universal elixir / A seemingly magical process of transformation, creation.
Our social media platforms will be lit with all the action as we take our friends and partygoers along for a magical experience, sharing the build up and highlights from the party. You are encouraged to share in the fun and excitement on Instagram Live with fantastic prizes up for grabs. Keep an eye on our social media platforms for details.
