Since launching in November last year, we’ve made it our business to bring some of the Western Cape’s best wines to Joburg, simply because we know #JoburgLovesWine.
Over the past six months, we’ve thrown three fantastic parties and can’t wait to return with our next big event on 2 June at Katy’s Palace Bar.

Launch party
We had our official launch party at Once in Joburg on Monday, 27 November last year. Those who braved the rain storm and gridlocked traffic to attend the launch of the Joburg Wine Club, sure knew how to turn a blue Monday into a party.

Garden Party
There’s something sultry about summer in Joburg – mornings of sunshine often followed by moody late afternoon thunderstorms. An appropriately eclectic weather pattern for a city so beautifully diverse.
On Sunday, 11 February, we got to enjoy the former – a perfectly sunny late morning/early afternoon Summer Garden Party at the magical Buitengeluk in Broadacres.
What could be more fun for a Sunday morning than celebrating with delicious canapes and beautiful wines?

Scrumptious food will always form part of our events.
We loved that Twiggi Moli brought her mom to a birthday celebration of great wine and good food at our Garden Party.
Partnering with Le Wine Chambre
On Tuesday evening 20 March, we hosted an Easter Feast and were just blown away again by how stylish this city is. Everyone showed up dressed to the nines to enjoy a selection of tapas and superb wine prepared by our friends over at Le Wine Chambre.
