On Sunday, the team behind Joburg Wine Club had the pleasure of attending Constantia Fresh 2019 at the absolutely gorgeous Buitenverwachting Wine Estate.
The festival is now in its tenth year of existence and has become a firm favourite on the social calendars of food-and-wine-loving Capetonians.
This year, more than 40 wineries from 12 of the Western Cape’s most prolific wine-producing regions participated. While guests swirled their glasses, they also got to enjoy a range of canapes by nine of the country’s most talented chefs. They were:

Our very own Joburg Wine Club partners, Groot Constantia and De Grendel were also there making us super proud, as always.
We had an absolute ball, sampling snacks and sipping wine. Needless to say, it really whet our appetite for the next #JoburgLovesWine event. Details to follow soon!
